FROM FINANCE TO WELLNESS - empowering women to take their health back.
I spent nearly two decades climbing the corporate finance ladder, convinced that was the path I’d stay on until retirement. But when I hit my 40s, everything shifted – my health, my priorities, and my vision for the kind of life I wanted to create for myself and my family.
In 2015, I started my first blog, Eat, Breathe, Love, as a way to share my passion for healthy cooking and wellness. Over time, it grew into something much bigger: a platform for helping women just like me who felt overwhelmed by midlife changes but wanted simple, sustainable ways to feel good again.
Today, KarissaPWellness is the evolution of that journey. Here you’ll find recipes, wellness tips, and real life inspiration you can actually fit into your busy life. I’m also the founder of Perimenopause Power, where I coach women through the ups and downs of perimenopause with education, tools, and community.

As a Perimenopause Health Coach, I help women go from feeling exhausted, foggy, and overwhelmed to feeling energized, clear, and back in control – so that they can show up fully for their careers, families, and themselves without burning out in the process.
My Wellness Philosophy
I don’t believe wellness is “all or nothing” or that you have to “go big or go home.” I believe in small, sustainable habits that add up over time – because lasting change comes from consistency, not perfection.
