HI I'M KARISSA

I spent years climbing the corporate ladder – until stress, exhaustion, and hormonal shifts left me wondering why I didn’t feel like myself anymore. I realized what I was experiencing wasn’t just stress or postpartum – it was perimenopause.

Now, as a certified health coach, I help other women skip the confusion and reclaim their energy, confidence, and sense of self through personalized coaching.
